Does Absence Make the Heart Grow Fonder?

Wow things come and go so quickly here... It's been so long since my last post. The holidays whirled me around like a cyclone. Before I knew it it was 2007. I have been having a great time. I had the best Christmas ever.
One thing I have learned about blogging, it's like a gym membership. If you skip a day, it turns to three, then a week, then almost a month! This upcoming weekend I'm going back to Cali, Beverly Hills with my gal pal Katherine. Shop shop. The trip I'm really looking forward to is in February,my birthday month. Yes I celebrate everyday. Why not It's the shortest month. Chris is taking me to St. Maarten and Anguilla. I can't wait.

I miss you and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

SANTA BABY

Santa Baby, slip a sable under the tree, For me.
been an awful good girl, Santa baby,
so hurry down the chimney tonight.

Think of all the fun I've missed,
Think of all the fellas that I haven't kissed,
Next year I could be just as good,
If you'll check off my Christmas list,

Come and trim my Christmas tree,
With some decorations bought at Tiffany's,
I really do believe in you,
Let's see if you believe in me,

HAPPY HALF NEKKID (Christmas Tree) THURSDAY!

California dreamin

I don't even know where to begin! Ok, from the beginning. Monday 7:05 am boarded a plane to L.A. then drove to Anaheim. I had never been to Anahiem and now I know I'll never go back. The only reason I had to go in the first place was for a very big hospital convention. I'm a pixiedust pusher remember? Well actually I manage a bunch of pixedust pushers. Anyway, can you say HOTEL CALIFORNIA, it was the worst hotel hell....just in case you ever get the chance not to stay there it's the Anabella aka AnaHELLA. I was a hostage for one night because everything due to the convention was sold out. OOPs I left out a part.
"Chia" Chris and Mia, had sales calls in the same part of Cali, hows that for coincidence? Another ADD moment, Chia was arrived by lightening bugs butt calling us the new benifer. Benifer? I arrived at a different combo ofour names. Moving on, yup literally. Yipee! the next night a room opened up at the Sheraton. For those of you who have read a while you already know by my Vegas "work" post that this is a tough life. Monday night Chia blew off our dinner reservations and opted for a nap (wink) woke up hungry. So after calling several places around and NO openings we ended up at Joes Crab Shack, sorry meant to say Joes CRAP shack. Tuesday night MUCH better went to Beverly Hills and had the most incredible sushi at KOI. I know I'm famous. I'm really likin the Beverly Hills, no no I am lovin it! Wednesday work until 2:30, God I love my job. Chia pulls the car up and we go back to B.H. Oh no folks not just back to any old place but the ultimate ( pinching myself again) THE BEVERLY HILLS HOTEL. I can't even describe it. You HAVE to go on the website and check it out. It is a palace brimming over with nostalgia. Four hours until dinner at The Ivy. Tick tock Tick Toc... What can Mia accomplish in four hours in Beverly Hills? Four sweaters, two pairs of leggings, two camis, one strapless dress, one mini, a pair of skinny straight leg jeans, cute panties and one pair of boots whew! Did I mention the partridge in the pear tree?
Dinner at The Ivy was d-lish and very romantic. Upon returning to our hotel (ha our hotel) we finished the evening off with a drink in the Polo bar then back to our suite. Bubbles bubbles in the bath, thats all I'm giving up to you there. I'm just going to end this post with this: It was one if not the most magical and memorable 24 hours I have ever had.
